Vipin Baria

ipin has been principal at Amrit Vidyalaya in Kalol, Panchmahal for three years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in education, Diploma course in school management and administration and a master’s degree in Humanities.

Vipin has provided leadership and support to his colleagues informally over the years. His steady approach and reflective nature makes him approachable to all. He possesses the skills and attributes of leadership for curriculum, instruction and assessment and is able to coach others in this area. He knows how to bring teams of teachers, parents or community partners together to achieve the school’s goals. He is empathetic to every student’s need, every teacher’s struggle, and to the community’s challenges. Vipin makes everyone around his better as he continues to be a teacher and a learner.

Vipin continuously envisions the school’s work as progressive and steady, informed by the understanding that it will be a combination of actions that attains the results. He says his patience is one of his greatest leadership assets. He models how to lead a school using best practices to drive his school continuous improvement training and plan. Vipin will do whatever it takes to support his teachers so they can do what they do best- ensure the students receive a world class education.
