Jagruti’s deep spiritual core, sparkling inner child, attitude for service and love for beauty is brought to life in her leadership. She is known for her positivity, for holding and creating clarity – situational and conceptual, as well as for supporting compassionate action. She is versatile and creative in designing and approaching the exploration and learning. 

For more than a decade, her central focus has been to bring change into the world of children (new consciousness) through educational spaces and family life. She is the founder and Managing Trustee of a non-profit AURA (www.auraplace.com) ) that promotes Leadership in underserved children and youth, through Social Emotional Development since 2007. “Born in India, I grew up with mind-numbing social contrast confronting me with every breath. My life has been a journey of contributing my bit to make our world a more equal place where each person finds beauty, dignity and opportunity.”

Jagruti also personifies diversity and is a Professional Certified Coach and facilitator for inner transformation of groups and individuals. She is a faculty and core team member with Leadership That Works (www.leadershipthatworks.com).

She has been trained in education and transformational practices from elite education institutions including Harvard and the Reggio Emilia schools in Italy. Her professional training also spans Emotional Intelligence, Non Violent Communication, Human Process Work and Appreciative Inquiry.
